Employer's Agent / Contract Administration
With an increasing number of projects placing design responsibility with the Contractor and its specialists utilising Design and Build forms of contracts or contracts with an element of contractor design responsibility, the need for an experienced Employer’s Agent to establish and document the requirements of the Project and then to manage and control the contract provisions on behalf of the Client, is essential.
When we act as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, we often act as Lead Consultant co-ordinating the project team as well as overseeing consultant appointments and novations, the tendering process and managing the risk and opportunities and the change control procedure throughout the Project.
We ensure that the Project’s key requirements and drivers are clearly identified from the outset and then monitored and managed throughout the design and construction process to ensure the successful delivery of the Project.
Often projects will have a number of stakeholders whose interests need to be balanced and aligned to the Contract.
We work in partnership with you, our Client to deliver the Project on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
